Will this furniture be delivered fully assembled?

I would like to talk to a senior person in charge of either operations or quality control. I previously bought 4 Adirondack chairs and was about to pull the trigger on a deep seating set. But the number of negative reviews about poor quality control is making me rethink my decision. Holes drilled improperly? missing parts? You guys have been in business too long and charge a lot for your product. Your operational performance should be much better than this. I'd like to talk to a senior exec in charge of QC or Operations before I decide to make another purchase.

Are the cushions attached via velcro to the chairs? If not I am assuming you could flip the cushions over if one side was got stained?

Regarding PWS816-2 Lakeside 5-Piece Lounge Sofa Set Are the seats of these chairs designed that they can be used without cushions? Obviously they will be way more comfortable with cushions, but I know from experience that if the cushions are not out, people will sit there anyway and I want something sturdy. Thanks

I love the size of this set but like the cushions of some of the other smaller sets that have smooth cushions. This set has the button on each cushion back. Is there a way to purchase this set with the smooth type cushions? Or separately purchase the this set and the smooth cushion backs?

Hello Austin, That is a great question. The cushions that go with each Collection are actually a part of that specific design, and can only be purchased as such. I am having trouble deciding between 2 cushion colors: weathered tweed and spiced burlap. Since I can't see them in advance in person, I need some help with what the colors really look like! Is the weathered tweed more a shade of gray, or tan/brown? And the spiced burlap looks really good in the picture but, because of the word "spiced" I'm concerned in may have a tinge of red, which would not at all go with the colors in my space.
