We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I replaced my cracking plastic wicker set with these. With the quality and warranty I won't have to go through this again! The pieces are heavy duty and the retractable ottoman is a great feature. With our crazy Texas weather it has already been through baking sun, wind storms and thunderstorms with no issue. I only ran into one issue during assembly - one of the ottomans was put in the wrong way during manufacturing so I had to remove a rivet nut manually to fix it. I really didn't want to go through a replacement shipping process. I have a lot of assembly experience so I could figure it out; unsure if the average person would have known how or been able to fix it."

"The set is just as expected. It looks great, it’s comfortable, and the construction seems very sturdy. My only issue is with quality control regarding packaging. A cross bar for the chair along with 4 hardware pieces for both ottomans were missing. Once I notified Polywood they shipped it promptly with no other issues. Overall great quality for the price if it’s holds up as advertised, but for the price the company should insure all parts are in the initial shipment."
"Overall we love the chairs. There was a problem with delivery. They were delivered to the wrong address while we were away on vacation. I submitted a request to Fed Ex, but it took them a while to get back to me because it was all AI. No humans. We had to arrange for someone to go pick the 6 boxes up from our neighbors driveway and bring them to our house. Once my husband put the chairs together, we found that a pieces was missing so the foot rest wouldn’t stay in the track and also fell out the front. I got a prompt response from Pollywood ( about one week ago ) but still have not gotten the replacement part."
