We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I ordered two picnic tables, upon delivery they realized that they forgot one full table and the parts to the other. I was told I would be contacted by the end of the day with new details on when those should arrive. I didn't hear anything, or anything the next day. I waited the weekend and called someone. Finally scheduled a new delivery date, but not without receiving 7 calls from their automative system that says "delivery from West Elm", not the case, and then it says "to confirm click 1" I click 1 numerous times and it never works. So I hang up and they call again, and again, with the same message. I really like the product and the quality seems nice, but am annoyed with their customer service systems. They need to update them, or have fewer automated phone calls and more with an actual person. Overall, mixed reviews."
"I paid extra for White Glove delivery. The delivery team did not put it together correctly. The seats are crooked. You cannot even sit on them. I called Polywood however i was not refunded for the delivery. No apology was given only they said a new table was being sent out. It has now been two weeks and a new table has not arrived. I was also emailed asking me to take the old table apart and send it back. Polywood forgot that the White Glove delivery removed the boxes and did not leave me with one. This has been a disappoint."
"The table we currently have is fine (and I mean just fine, not bad or great). However, we were first sent two defective tables, and I’m not even sure the table we have now was properly assembled by the white glove service team, but they were not able to communicate with me due to a language barrier and it’s the sturdiest version of the table I’ve seen so far. For a $2k table, it’s seems very floppy. Like, it is stable where it is right now on my patio but I’m not confident it would stay stable if I ever needed to move it a significant distance. I expected a higher quality product from Polywood given the price point and am dissatisfied with the fact it took two months to receive a functional table. I’m glad I paid for the white glove delivery or else returning these defective tables would have been its own nightmare, but the team also does not seem to be very familiar with Polywood products."
"Polywood has an amazing product. Unfortunately there are tons of other issues: their ridiculously slow delivery system-RXO, their lack of quality control- 3 deliveries before I finally received all the correct items I ordered, and their customer service are all lacking. I placed an order May 18 and have spent hours on the phone with RXO and Polywood because of issues these companies need to figure out if they are going to keep charging top dollar. RXO does not follow their policy of calling 30 minutes before arrival, even though they require you to be available anytime within a 12 hour window (a 6 hour window is not given til the night before). RXO showed up at my house three times with only a ten minute warning. Two of those times were before 8 am on a weekend. Polywood sent two deliveries that were incorrect. The first time they sent the order I received a two toned picnic table instead of a solid colored table. The second delivery the picnic table was missing the table top (only the base and benches were delivered). My order was finally completed July 25 -Over two months after I ordered. I would NOT recommend this company if you value your time."
"This is our newest addition of Polywood furniture and we love it. We have this in a gazebo that is not very big & it fits perfectly. The way it is designed makes it easy to get seated in our space. We love how easy it is to clean all our Polywood furniture."
"Love the product, but putting the table top on was beyond challenging. Very heavy to lift and flip (even with multiple people), and alignment of the bolts was imperfect and frustrating to get secured. Tightening the bolts pulled the screws out :/ Overall satisfied but took a lot of time and effort, and extra screws to keep the pieces together."
"Excellent size for 3-4 people. It would be a cozy little place for 5-6. Love the design and quality of construction & materials. Super easy to put together but requires 2 people to move into position. We have several other Polywood pieces and this stuff is awesome! Perfect addition to our outdoor fire pit sitting area."
