Will grass debris stain chairs? From mowing?

I have not heard of grass stains being an issue before, but as with the lighter-colored items dirt and other things can show up on it more, so you will have to clean the items more than you would be compared to darker colors. Hi! 1) Can you tell me the difference between the Vineyard Curveback and Nautical Curveback chairs? Specifically: what is the angle of the back to the seat in each chair, and what is the depth of the seat? Any other differences? Specific info would be helpful to help decide between these two chairs! I prefer a slightly more upright chair and a seat that's not too deep. 2) We have a pair of LL Bean All Weather Waterfall Adirondack chairs. Are these the same as your Nautical chair? Can you tell me the back angle and seat depth of this chair? I'd like our new chairs to be a little higher -- will the Curveback collection have a higher seat? Thanks!

Thank you for your question! Both the Vineyard Curveback and Nautical Curveback Adirondack chairs have nearly identical dimensions. The biggest difference is the back style. The back angle on both chairs from the seat center is 103 degrees. The LL Bean chairs have a lower back height and do not include the contoured back, but their angle from seat to back is similar to the Vineyard Curveback and Nautical Curveback Adirondack chairs. Is the Coffee color in the Vintage finish similar to the Slate grey in the classic finish? Is the Coffee darker?

Hello Melanie, The Vintage Coffee is quite different from the Slate Grey. It is very dark brown, almost black in some lights. Very similar to a cup of coffee. The Slate Grey is a what I would call a battleship grey. Hi Eric, Great question! If ordered today in a Quick Ship color with a lead time of 5-7 business days, the current estimated ship range is showing 12/22 - 1/3. If ordered today in a Build to Order color with a lead time of 8-12 business days, the current estimated ship range is showing 1/2 - 1/8. Delivery time is also an extra window with the carrier. Why pay extra for white paint? They are fade within a year.

Hello John, Genuine POLYWOOD is not made from wood or painted. It is recycled HDPE landfill-bound plastic, that is dyed the color you choose. The color goes all the way through the material and is not a coating of any kind. White is more costly, as it is harder to get clean white plastic, and there is more work involved to get the plastic very white, so that the furniture is bright and clean. Our Color Stay Technology is our proprietary blend of UV inhibitors that run all the way through each piece of genuine POLYWOOD lumber. However, sunlight eventually causes any color to fade, and there are things you can do to protect the colors. Just purchased 4 of these chairs from authorized retailer and they arrived today. The chair slats sink when you sit in the, making them very uncomfortable. No one weighs over 220lbs. Is that normal?

Would this chair work okay heightwise with the Grand ottoman? I like to put my feet up higher than a classic Adirondack ottoman allows and am trying to find the right alternative ottoman.

Hello Melissa, This chair has a seat height of 16.25". The Grand Ottoman (SKU: OT800) is 15" high at the top point. It would still be slightly lower than the height of your legs.
