We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Well made and easy to put together. Table is heavy so I recommend two people to turn it upright after attaching the legs."
"Terrible delivery experience and complex to put together. We had to buy power tools to make holes for the screws as many landmarks for screws were missing or were drilled into spots that didn’t correspond to matching holes for assembly. Once we were able to correct this issues the table came together nice and seems to be durable. If I had not had a partner that could use power tools I would have been unable to assemble and this took more effort than expected. The delivery experience was awful and the date changed multiple times. After they called to confirm a date they did not show up. I had taken the day off to be home and they did not call to update status until late in the evening. Eventually the delivery team came on a day we weren’t home and not announced before, they did not notify us when they arrived for the drop off, and left an entire pallet in the street without notifying us. This material was heavy and I struggled to move this on my own. Now I’m stuck with a pallet I don’t know what to do with."

"Quality and aesthetics are great. Functionality, not so much. Unfortunately the side chairs don’t fully fit under the table when not in use. The arm rests hit the table supports so they have to stick out about half way. It makes for an awkward setup and the photo/video on the product description are misleading. I really wish the table was a tad wider to accommodate the typical pushing in of chairs."
