Does the slate grey or vintage coffee color absorb heat and become hot to touch if in the direct Sun?

Hello Susan, If left in constant exposure to direct heat or sunlight, our products do get warm to the touch but they will not be hot. We have designed and extruded the lumber using UV Inhibitors and heat distributors that help keep them cooler to the touch, even in very hot environments, no matter the color selected.
