"Ordered the 5 piece fire pit set for my daughter and her husband as a Christmas gift. It arrived a few days before Christmas. When my daughter went to put it together it turned out that all four chairs had pieces that were misdrilled or not drilled at all, making it impossible to put together even one chair. We contacted Polywood the next Business day only to learn that they couldn’t do anything unto after the new year. No explanation as to how this happened. A very disappointing Christmas gift, and even more disappointing was the response from Polywood."

While I like the quality

"While I like the quality of the chairs I’ve been extremely disappointed with the fire pit. The burner will not light and if I use a match it will not stay lit. Every time I try calling customer service the wait time is over 80 minutes. I’ve now written two separate emails over the last week and have yet to receive a response. I’ll likely pursue legal action next week."

A South Florida Must Have

In love but….

"Outstanding set. I was uneasy about the cost but it’s well done. I built the chairs and put the pit together in one afternoon my disappointment is I Polywood before purchasing to verify/clarify that this came with everything I needed for natural gas conversion. Yes, I was told. Indeed it does not. I’m also required to hire a licensed plumber to make the connection. Otherwise, outstanding! I’m enjoying propane till I figure things out."

I do not see a technical sheet for the listing the BTUs for the Firepits The installation of a gas line is our method of usage. What are the required BTU?
Hi Aaron, Thanks for reaching out! The BTU output is noted to range from 60,000 to 90,000 BTU and is the same for both Liquid Propane (LP) and Natural Gas (NG). The table will come with a conversion kit if you prefer to ust NG instead of LP. I hope you have a fantastic day! Candace

We are older. Is this style of chair easier to get out of for us oldsters?
Hi Pam, The Modern Curveback Adirondack Chair seat height from the ground is approximately 16.5 inches. However, the chair itself weighs in at about 43 lbs so it is extremely sturdy and durable to get in and out of. Thank you for reaching out, Gina
