1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by POLYWOOD (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of POLYWOOD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 14, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Submit a valid email address via the official giveaway landing page, and
• Opt in to receive POLYWOOD marketing emails.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) $5,000 USD POLYWOOD digital gift card, redeemable on polywood.com toward purchases from the Martha Stewart by POLYWOOD collection.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Any difference between the prize value and actual purchase amount will not be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the Promotion ends.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The selected winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Email Subscription

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to receive marketing emails from POLYWOOD. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless POLYWOOD and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to POLYWOOD’s Privacy Policy and will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
