Sturdy and not hard to

"Sturdy and not hard to put together. Came in a timely manner. This is the only brand that had the retractable ottoman with a decent warranty. However, manufacturer doesn't even attempt to make the surface texture pleasing and the color is distorted by white from various angles. We could have spent several hundred dollars more per chair for an upgrade color and texture, but just for an outdoor chair, that seemed excessive. For us, this was not worth the extra expense the name brand comes with and we won't be repeat customers."

"I have been waiting years, decades to buy Polywood! We love our black modern adirondack and rocking chairs for the firepit. It got two Palm Coast with the hideaway ottoman to go on our deck which is a similar color. The deck is around a cowboy pool (iykyk). Not what expected

"I paid over $1K for a set with the extra piece that connects these chairs to have a table surface. The look of these chairs is great but I’m not sure about the finish or sturdiness. These feel flimsy especially on the arms. There’s a tons of places where these chairs are rough and scratches the skin. I would’ve expected that every surface would be rounded that came in contact with skin. Overall I think there’s better options out there for half the price."

Some of the feedback is a little confusing on the Palm style is the hideway ottoman attached to the chair? One reviewer said it wasn't attached? Maybe they were reviewing a different chair?
Hi VP, Thank you for your question! The Hideaway Ottoman is attached to the seat assembly of the chair. There are small stoppers under the seat that prevent the ottoman from sliding all the way out. Thanks! Lana

Hi Janie, That's a great question! Vintage Coffee is one of my favorite colors because it's such a unique color and is truly a chameleon. Depending on what you pair with it or the setting, it can look like a very cool-toned dark brown, or a very warm-toned charcoal grey (it can appear almost black). This is one that's best seen in person, so I would recommend getting a sample to see what you think.
