We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"COMFY !! So glad we went with the GRAND size over the normal size"
"I bought 4 of the same chair kits from Polywood. I am a veteran of assembling all types of things. When the packages arrived, I set about assembling one of them. I was excited for the process. Well, the bag of parts did not have the correct bolts (6 crucial ones) included. I set about checking the other 3 boxes. Those parts bags also did not have the correct bolts: machine screw bolts to go with the nuts included. One box=a one-off mistake. 4 boxes= ? I started the process of trying to contact the company to get this mistake remedied. No phone number to talk to a human being. A “chat” function on the website that took a long time to get a “person” on the other end. Once I was able to contact a person and explain the issue, sending pictures and serial numbers, I was assured I would receive the correct bolts soon in the mail. Not too long after (less than a week) I did receive the proper hardware. I proceeded to assemble the chairs. Included in the kits is a T-handled hex wrench, which, if you have to put together more than one piece of furniture, is a complete hassle and painful on your wrist. There is no wrench to hold the nuts which are part of the kit, which, if you don’t have a wrench that fits, you can’t put these things together. Fortunately, I know how to assemble things and have the tools to make it all happen. One condition that arose on all 4 chairs was on the arms where the holes did not line up properly; they were enough off that if you just had the T wrench provided in the kit, you would never be able to put it together. I had to enlarge the hole just slightly in the first 1/8” with a drill to make the holes line up enough to catch the screw. I am an older guy: 61 years old. I have lifetime of experience building things, and the tools and knowledge to match. When people say, “ we build the best in this country!”, I have to shake my head. We USED to build the best in this country. I have put together kits from other countries: Sweden, China, etc. The kits go together better, even if the quality is not quite as good as USA made."

"This is my 3 order from plywood. First order was table and chairs. Took forever to get chairs. Fixed . Order lounge set. Only thing that didn’t have a problem now these chairs are half put together because screws were left out and one set of legs left out. Don’t think I will be buying anything else from plywood."
"These chairs are the perfect size for large people. Nice and sturdy and not low to the ground like some other Adirondack chairs. The table is a nice accessory with straight legs and a large top. The good thing is they are not wood! We've been through so many wood chairs and tables that just rot away way too soon."
