We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

I had prepared myself for a long afternoon with a screwdriver and was surprised that most of the furniture was assembled. Just needed legs and arms to be attached. Of course the set is nice, but I’m disappointed that several pieces of the lumber were cut very sloppy causing the ends not to meet where they should. Also, even though it’s below the table top, there are some access holes cut that also look sloppy and unfinished. Overall it looks OK but not the quality manufacturing processes we were used to."
"Great looking set. Got sent the wrong table, but the correct is on the way. It’s inconvenient but nothing I can do so using the incorrect one until I receive the one I ordered. The chairs are not that comfortable and seem small, the backs sit almost straight up even though in the pictures online they don’t appear that way. Maybe seat cushions will help but I’m having a hard time finding ones that fit. The ones from Polywood are way too pricey at $79 each!!! There is not enough clearance under the table to cross your legs, which I don’t like either. The set looks nice but if I had to do it over, I would purchase something else."

"This isn’t a reflection of the furniture itself because I don’t have it. I paid $700 for white glove delivery. RXO has been horrible. After spending weeks trying to tell them my delivery had to be in the afternoon-speaking with people I couldn’t understand and getting promised a return call - that never happened — the driver calls the night before it was supposed to be delivered wanting to deliver it but I said I wasn’t due into town until the next afternoon. I told him if it had to be the morning I could have someone come to the house and sign for it but they should go ahead and start putting it together because it would take a while and I would be there before they finished. They didn’t deliver it. I got to town and had a note that it was sent back to sorting facility because I wasn’t home. Member Services at my club kept going to the house to see if they were there putting it together. They weren’t. The note from RXO said I wouldn’t be home and they couldn’t wait — wait?? They had tons of furniture to put together? They ignored everything I said at every step. It was all about them and their schedule. I still don’t have my $10k order."
