We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

Delivery team disregards the courtesy to give the customer a 30 minute phone call before arriving at my home, so when they get there for delivery no one is there to accept. Had to wait on hold for 45 minutes to initiate a 3 delivery. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm."
"Absolutely love the Chippendale daybed swing. A great addition to our porch looks great and is extremely comfortable. My only issue is it went on sale the day I received the order. I sent an email asking for a credit for the sale price. I didn’t hear back from customer service. My only disappointment."
"I have 7 chairs and 2 tables. The chairs have faded and they would replace them if I took them apart and shipped them back. They have also split on the back brace. The warranty is only good for 3 years if they are at a beach rental home. Know what you are getting."
"The chippendale day bed itself is beautiful, but the color of my cushions didn’t match the color on the website, (the website color looks like a tan color but when it arrived it was more gray). I thought a simple call to exchange the cushions would correct this but so far it has not. I called 3 times with each one being a 45 to 55 minute wait. I chose to use chat, that also didn’t work because a computer didn’t understand an exchange. So I tried the email route, sent it in around June 17th/18th and received an email on June 20, that I have a request # (2398243) and some one would contact me in 5-7 business days. Yesterday 7/03 it was 9 business days and I haven’t heard anything from polywood. I think the product is great and I actually have about $8000. + products in my cart to purchase for my new home but the customer service is horrible! I’m NOT going buy anything else until I get my exchange done. I’m very disappointed in polywood."
