Disappointing New Design

"We have bought from Polywood multiple times and have generally been impressed with the design, weight, and durability of their products, but are disappointed that the screw holes on chair seats are no longer covered. We purchased four Chippendale chairs in 2022 and their covered holes make them appear of higher quality than the two we purchased this year with exposed screws. We reached out to customer service and were informed that this is the new design. We hope Polywood returns to their previous attention to detail."

"The photos looked great. But these chairs are sized more for children than adults. The photos are very deceiving. Because they are so small they are very uncomfortable to sit in. I am 5’5” and only weigh 115 pounds and they feel very small to sit in. I do not trust Polywood and will never order from them again."

Is there a similar table that has a center hole for an umbrella?
Hi there, Thanks for asking! Most of our dining tables do include an umbrella hole. You'll find this information under the features for the table. You'll just scroll down a bit on the item page and the features will be to the right side. We don't have a dining table in the Chippendale collection, but any of the dining height tables will work with the chairs. We've designed our items so that the armrests will be able to slide beneath the table top when you're pairing dining height items together.
