holes not aligned

"Had to make new holes in seat as they were not aligned. This was after the chair was mostly assembled"

Kristin M. (3/5)

Almost finished building it before they shipped it to me. . .

"Looked like they rushed in the factory I built the chair and then had to go back with Phillips screwdriver and tighten all of the back stays. They were not fully screwed in and that wass pretty disappointing."

Paul L. (3/5)

Q&A

why is the white so much more expensive than some other colors?
Hi there, Thanks for reaching out to us! Some of our colors require more sorting during the recycling process because only the clear or white plastic can be used. The lighter colors and our Vibrants can be affected with streaks in the lumber if there are any color chips that aren't removed. They can also require more resin, which is derived from petroleum, to keep the colors crisp and bright. Have a great day! Candace
What is the weight limit?
Hi there! The Classic Adirondack Rocking Chair has been tested for up to 400 lbs. Thanks for reaching out to us with your question! Well wishes, Kaitlyn
Why is this chair over 100 dollars more than the Vineyard model?
Hello Phyllis, thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us. That's a great question, there are a few factors that go into determining the pricing for our products. The factors that our team uses to determine the pricing for the chair include the amount of material needed, the type of labor used during the manufacturing process, and the demand of the product. Thank you, Jessica
What is the major difference between the Classic and Vintage Adirondack rocker?
Hi Jason, Vintage refers to the type of lumber used. Vintage lumber has deep grooves in it that resemble natural wood grain. You can see photos and read about it here: https://www.polywood.com/our-materials/polywood thank you for asking! Karen
Which 20" width cushion size fits this? Many options with different length backs.
Hello, Jean! Thank you for taking the time to ask your question. We recommend either the full cushion or the seat cushion to pair with the Classic Adirondack Rocking Chair. Both have a 20 inch width seat. I've included links below. Hope this helps! Julia
