Great looking sofa

"The club sofa is very solid, well made, and looks like it will last a long time, just as advertised. Assembly was not overly complicated, but the instructions could be clearer. The main issue I encountered was that some of the predrilled holes were not fully drilled, which made lining up the pieces difficult. I assembled the sofa by myself, which added to the challenge; I think having two people would make the process much easier. I love the Glacier Spa cushion color, and the fabric appears very durable. However, if you are expecting a soft, plush cushion, this may be disappointing—the cushions are quite stiff and firm. While the deeper seats seemed promising, the sofa is not especially comfortable. It’s fine for sitting outside for short periods, but I wouldn’t choose it for long lounging sessions or naps. This was my biggest disappointment. Overall, it’s a very nice-looking, sturdy sofa, just not as comfortable as I had hoped."

Comfort & Quality

"I love my new furniture! The couch is so comfortable! The cushions are very sturdy when you’re seated on them. They don’t collapse because they are mounted to a board under all the foam. I appreciate that it is not a deep seating couch because I’m only 5’3 and deep seating is not comfortable for me to sit in. However, the back of the couch is high enough to support my back. The construction of the Pollywood is very sturdy! I think going to last a long time."

Club sofa

"This sofa is beautiful. It has a modern, clean look, and is very comfortable. We have had a Polywood dining table for over a year, so I know it will hold up well. It was slightly difficult to assemble- definitely takes 2 people. Some parts were hard to match up, and we had to drill our own holes in some parts to get it to fit together, but we made it work. Will definitely continue to purchase her products. They’re worth the cost."

Best Outdoor Furniture Ever

"This is our second time purchasing Polywood. We had our entire patio in California decked out with Polywood furniture then had to move. The house was sold furnished so sadly we had to leave it all behind. We just purchased a new home and all our outdoor furniture is Polywood again! Wouldn’t buy anything else!"

Something has changed

"I put the entire collection together so I have plenty of experience with which to base my review on. To begin, the furniture is gorgeous and durable. That’s where the praise ends. I have put hundreds of things together and this was by far the worst. There were nearly TWENTY predrilled holes that were MISSING. There were over thirty holes that were not wide enough, deep enough, or in the wrong place. There were 2pieces, the front and back supports that only had one side cut out to put the frame in. Because the instructions only showed one side of the pieces, I thought I was doing something wrong. Then I opened the loveseat and saw that in fact both sides should be cut out. I probably spent twice the amount of time assembling these because of the non-existent quality control. I called customer service and was told. We prefer that you don’t drill holes b/c it could nullify the warranty. Well, I prefer that you drill the holes and have someone check the product before it’s shipped. Also, I was told that if I just keep drilling the holes that are not wide or deep enough they will go through. NOT SO. The holes must be properly predrilled or the screws are not going in! I had additional contacts with customer service and they were just dismissive. “Maybe something was wrong with quality control that day”, lol. Just not wanting to acknowledge that this entire collection was FUBAR. I think they have grown so fast that things have gotten very bad."

Great quality

"It is so supportive and comfortable. The quality was as expected with Polywood (not my first purchase), but this was my first item with cushions so I didn’t know what to expect. The seating is supportive and sturdy. It was very easy to set up. We love it in our 3 season porch and plan to add to the set next spring."

Beautiful couch!

"What a beautiful couch! The assembly took two of us a few hours and a bit of frustration with some mismatched screw holes. A finish nail was also sticking out and would have torn the fabric cushion but we caught it and snipped it off. Once assembled, it is super comfortable and I love the quality of the cushions. The hard backing on the seat cushions provides support and slots them into the couch frame, which prevents the cushions from sliding around. Looks great!"

We own the club sofa and we absolutely love it. One of the cushions has a stain that will not come out. I am unsure if the warranty extends to the cushions or not. Regardless, is it possible to order new seat cushions for the sofa?

Do the cushion covers have zippers?

What are the dimensions of the cushions.
Hello Laura, Thank you for your interest in our Club Sofa. The dimensions of the seat cushions 24"D x 23"W X 7.75"T at the thickest tapering down to 4"T at the back. Also the Back cushions are 22.5"W x 21"H X 6"T. I hope this help with your decision making. Best wishes, Heather
I love the icy blue color of the cushions in the photo, but it doesn't seem to be available for ordering??
Hi Leslie, thanks for reaching out about fabric availability! I'm glad you like the color shown in one of the pictures. I do apologize, that color is called Spa, and was one of our Sunbrella fabrics that is no longer available. The closest match with our Revolution fabrics would be Glacier Spa. I did ask that the picture with that color be taken down. We are having a small bit of trouble getting fabrics right now, so today the Glacier Spa is not available. We are working as hard as we can to get as many fabric choices as possible available to our customers. Are the Spiced Burlap cushions made of burlap? Are they itchy?

What is the weight limit for the furniture?
