Do you sell replacement slings for the dining sets? Mine have ripped and I need to replace the seats and backs on my 4 chairs.

Are the metal support bars on the back and seat of these chairs protected by the warranty from rust and corrosion? We live in a coastal location and most metal furniture and accessories rust and corrode within a year of purchase.

Hi Peg, great question! POLYWOOD furniture hardware, like screws, nuts, bolts, and other fasteners, is carefully made using marine-grade 18-8 stainless steel. We've even added an AlloChrome 3200+™ finish and cosmetic coating to ensure they stand up to the coastal conditions beautifully. Metal Frame welds and joints and all hardware are warranted to not break or crack for five (5) years of residential use. Will the swivel version of the Coastal sling dining chair be made available again? Or is there a similar swivel dining chair? We just purchased the Edge table and are looking for 6 swivel chairs for it. We prefer a swivel base and sling fabric over cushions. Thanks!

How easily do the slings come off and on? Wondering if removing the slings for the winter is a viable option.

Hello Robin, Thank you for your interest in our Sling products. Removing the sling is not very easy the seat back back pieces come preassembled. For winter storage we recommend storing the full chair or using a cover in harsher weather conditions. Thanks -Jason

Hello Sally, I'm sorry to hear about that. The sling is warrantied under our residential warranty, with normal wear and tear, for 3 years. If your order is under those 3 years please reach out to customer service with the serial number from the item and pictures, and they will work through that warranty process with you. If it is out of warranty, you can still purchase sling sections. For this you will also reach out to customer service, with the same information, letting them know that you would like to purchase sling sections.
