We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"The furniture looks nice. My husband and I put them together with no problem. We have received compliments on them (chair, sofa and ottoman). The only cons we have is that the cushions slid around and we had to add grip pads on the chair and sofa legs so they wouldn’t slid on our patio floor as people sat or got up."

"Just put my sofa together and the cushions look great! They’re very comfortable and appear durable. I really wish they offered the Polywood select colors in the Cottage series frames. The frame looks very plastic, which I don’t care for. But, the frame does seem to be high-quality and best of all, will require minimal maintenance. And I love that Polywood products are made in the United States."

"We purchased a set of the cottage collection and love them! They are comfortable, and aesthetically nice while not too ostentatious. Our only regret is that we didn’t get darker cushions. We ordered the dune burlap cushions not realizing that our dog would also think that the chairs were quite comfortable. Needless to say, we now have squirt bottles of diluted dish soap near by to clean off her paw prints."
"The look and finish of the sofa are great. It's very comfortable, too. My only negative is the alignment of some of the screw holes was off, requiring me to drill new holes. Otherwise, seems very sturdy and should last a long time."
"I purchased this model after sitting in a few different Polywood sofas in a local store. The Country Living model was the most comfortable for whatever reason. Assembly was a bit of a struggle. Polywood forgot two bolts so I had provide my own (not a huge deal, but annoying). The back of the couch was impossible to install without removing the bottom metal support. Once I did that everything went together easily. I hope it lasts! :)"
"Sofa arrived missing metal supports in seat bottom. Didn’t even realize it until I saw a friend who had same one with the metal. It’s now clear it’s missing on mine. There’s a gap between the pieces when screwing it in."
"We have ordered from Polywood before, the nautical chaise lounge chairs (set of 4) and LOVED them -- the quality and craftsmanship, however, when we received the Country Living Sofa (and 2 loveseats to match) we were a little less impressed. The material was still the same high quality and color was great. The cushions are very comfortable, BUT when we went to put the sofa and loveseats together the screws that hold together the seat back and the seat bottom (of the frame) were not long enough to actually catch and sit loosely in the rear corner. We watched the videos on how to put it together and assembled, disassembled and then reassembled thinking it was an error on our end, but it was not. The issue was present in ALL 3 pieces! We are very hopeful that they actually do hold up to people sitting on them, as we haven't really had anyone over to use them yet, but I am very nervous that they may fall apart under the weight of use. Additionally, one of the arms of the sofa had a screw (pre-fab) sticking up and out of it. My son cut is arm resting it on the chair. We took a screwdriver and retracted that screw, but it was shipped to us like that. I am hoping they stay together as we are hosting a gathering this weekend and I'm sure they will be used, but we are disappointed by the flaws in these pieces. I really do love Polywood but this set was disappointing (and for the price, I don't think these issues should've been present)."
"The quality of everything received was excellent. We live in a coastal area and metal and wood just don't hold up as well as this should. I also love that it recycles plastic and keeps it out of the landfill! The cushions were also very well made. They haven't been through a southern summer yet, so we'll see how well they hold up. Assembly was super easy. I did everything by myself and two couches, two ottomans and two tables took a total of two hours from start to finish. Love everything overall. The rug in the picture is from a different company, but is also recycled plastic."
