We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I love this set. It’s perfect for under my new big pergola. The table and chairs are sturdy, comfy and designed to accommodate 8 people easily. I got the seat cushions too and they fit well and look great. I am so happy and cannot wait to entertain to show this set off. "I was very excited for this purchase. However, the set was not put together very well. I have a chair missing 4 screws. I have another chair with 2 screws poking through it so we are unable to use it. The table has screw coming through it in places they don’t belong messing up parts of the table. I immediately submitted the forms to deal with these issues and have been waiting well over 3 weeks now when the form says someone will get back to me 7-10 days. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I would be happy with this furniture had it been put together properly."
"I did extensive research before placing a POLYWOOD order. In addition to buying the Edge dining table and chair set, I purchased the Braxton sofa and three-piece Braxton set, all in brown, with weathered tweed cushions for each. The delivery took painfully long. I called several times for updates, waited on hold for ages, and never reached anyone. Email responses were consistent but unhelpful, stating they were dealing with a high volume of orders and doing their best to process them promptly. It still took a month and a half for the order to arrive. The items arrived well-packaged, and I hired a handyman to assemble them. The pieces are great quality. One chair in the dining set is missing a logo, but that’s not a big deal. The cushions are a wonderful color and very comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase."

"So far, so good! I love the sand color I got. Very sturdy and heavy. The only thing I would like better is if there wasn’t such a prominent wood grain on the surface. It’s recycled, so why try to make something cool and recycled look like “fake” wood? Other than that, I’m sold!"

"I'll start by saying I LOVE the dining set, the quality is amazing and the style is exactly what I was looking for! But. . . . while assembling I had to flip flop the underneath bottom pieces that the legs attach to. While the fix was "easy" it was a pain because there were about 50 screws that had to be unscrewed and then moved and then screwed back into the top of the table. Otherwise everything was great and can't wait to enjoy these pieces for years to come. Would've been a 5 star rating if I didn't have to correct that mistake in order to assemble properly!"
