We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.
NOTE: New orders will follow current lead times and pricing.

"i think the cushions are terrible! as much money spent i expected better quality, especially in the back cushions. they mush down, get scrunched up , don’t bounce back. would not recommend for that reason alone. love the design of the furniture."
"The furniture is durable and very comfortable. I can’t give the furniture a five star rating because the pillows have no way to attach them to the furniture to prevent them from being blown away in a windstorm, which we have a lot of. Overall excellent, but the straps are a miss."

"Overall negative experience with polywood in general. First off - the logistics were an absolute nightmare. Rec’d 0 communication after the order shipped, essentially had to play telephone and schedule my own delivery after my order was stuck in a distribution center. Then a commercial delivery truck essentially drops 3 pallets of boxes at the bottom of a driveway and makes my wife move everything up by hand as the 3rd party company didn’t have the equipment available to get up a driveway with a slope. (Which wasn’t a problem with literally any of the other furniture we purchased) Then the assembly. I consider myself a relatively strong guy, and I was pushing with all of my might to make the screws fit into the horribly pre-drilled threads. Then the “clips” provided to connect the sectional pieces also did not fit in the pre-cut sections. Overall I expected much much more from a $4300 furniture purchase. While I understand they aren’t in the delivery business, they should take a page out of other companies and at least offer white glove delivery for those of us who don’t spend $12K on the designer series. My feelings towards this brand are tarnished from some easily fixable problems."
