If ordered in white, is at as easy to keep clean as the other colors (wiping down with water and soap)? Will it yellow over time?

Hello Jen, As with all other items, white will show dust or dirt a lot more than darker colors, so it might require more frequent cleaning. If you clean it often or once you see the dirt, hot soapy water should work just fine. You can use a bleach or vinegar mixture, or even a power washer if it's needed. Do I understand correctly that the "leg room" available (the distance from the table legs and the cross beam between them, to the edge of the table-top) is 13 inches?
