"I would not recommend this chair. I purchased my chairs in 2015 because of the warranty that accompanies the chairs. However, when I wrote to them last week stating that the woven part is coming apart they said that isn't part of the warranty and I'm out of luck. Not great customer service and feel a little bit mislead on the warranty. So now I have two rockers. . . one of which no one will sit in b/c the broken plastic feels like a razor blade on your legs. . . that will last forever? Seems silly."

THIS is a WONDERFUL rocker.

"Solid POLYWOOD construction (returning customer). Indestructable. There was a defective part, but Yvonne quickly determined the bad part and fed-exed the replacement with ZERO HASSLE. So I have ordered another one. I have a long history with rockers. This one is big and its rock and balance point are perfect. It is very much like my favorite rocker - the Brumby Jumbo. But this one will withstand the outdoor weather better than the wood (and expensive) Brumby. Nice work, POLYWOOD!! Again!"

This is my second Jefferson

"This is my second Jefferson Chair. The right side of the chair was not put together correctly. The holes were about 3/8 inch off and it took a lot of persuading to line thing up. The first chair had no issues."

Will you ever bring back the sea grass color for the woven seat and back?

I bought 4 rockers with woven backs and seats like the ones pictured here. The color has come off the seat at the edge where the backs of your knees would touch. Do you have a touch up product? I can send pictures.

Does this arrive assembled or do I have to do it?
Hi Christina, There is assembly required with the Jefferson Woven Rocking Chair. The chair will come in larger part assemblies so the parts are easy to identify. You will also receive the assembly instructions, the hardware, and the tools to assemble. Where can I find these rockers or any of the Polywood Rockers in Cream Color?
Hello, We offer the frame color in White or Sand, but we don't have a cream color available. We do have a weave color called White Loom that is more of a cream color. You can pair this weave color any of our lumber colors. Thank you for the great question! Ashley
What happened to the sea grass seat/back color? The color was tan, lighter than tigerwood.

Is the woven rocker back and seat a resin product? I want to know if it cracks and breaks like wicker resin products after 3 years
Hello Dave! The woven seats and backs in the woven rocking chairs are made with the HDPE product like our furniture. It is processed differently to make it flat. They are under warranty for 5 years. Thank you for the great question! Ashley
