We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I bought $5000 worth of furniture on April 9 (quick ship items) and they were expected to arrive by April 27th. April 27th came and went. I started calling in on May 3 to see what was going on. I called in daily and always spoke to someone different who would promise me a call by the end of the day with answers as far as where my furniture is. Note, some representatives would say it's on its way; some would say it's being shipped and nothing it out of the ordinary. Others would sympathize with my frustration and promise to get back with an answer. Out of 4 or 5 reps not one person gave me accurate information or got back to me as promised. Finally on May 13 I had enough believing people that it was coming or they were figuring it out. I demanded to speak to a supervisor as now it had been over a month, weather is nice out. . need my furniture with multiple events coming up at my house. Supervisor Zach was very kind and informed me (almost instantly) that the order was lost. He issued a replacement order May 13. I explained that I needed the furniture set up and ready for a party May 30th. He said it wouldn't be an issue because I'm really close to Indiana (live in IL). The "VIP" replacement order was supposed to ship in 3-4 business days and of course it never did. Zach told me it was loaded on the truck May 22. I call on May 27 and after 3 hours on the phone, no one can tell me where my furniture is, once again. Instead they say RXO has lost it and they are waiting to hear back from them. I have no clue how this company stays in business. No one knows what's going on and takes any responsibility. I called RXO and talked to a really kind person who was in constant communication with me and they did not ever receive either of my orders. I called back in the late afternoon of May 27 asking for a full refund and I was told "no your order already shipped" I laughed and explained the whole context and then they have supposedly issued the refund. Polywood, why are you still running sales when your team says you are way backed up? Treat the customer right. You guys strung me along, wasted over 12 hours of my time calling you and dealing with you, cost me lost time on being able to shop elsewhere, and now I have to rent furniture for my party. I will never order from you again and I'll tell everyone I know. Do better. Give a crap about your customers."
