We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"While we love the look of the set. We have had set back one after another, starting with delivery with missing parts, broken piece for the table and missing 2 legs. We are also missing the plugs for the screw holes. The replacement table came and the package box had holes, and the wrapping plastic was not even wrapped to the package box. The replacement legs were missing the screw holes. We are now waiting for the replacement legs and also the plugs. The 3 stars reflect the untimely delivery and quality check prior to shipping."

"We've only had the 7-piece dining set for a few weeks but it is getting used every day. It's a touch cozy for 6 (especially if you're a group of "full size Americans") but the quality of construction is excellent. We have a couple members in our household that are 300+ lbs and the chairs are holding up with no indication of being stressed by large people. We have 4 Adirondacks from Polywood and they're on their 3rd season outside (we don't bring them in during our PacNW winters). So far the Polywood Adirondacks show ZERO signs of aging - except for the occasional need to be tightened. We expect this dining table to perform just as great as the Adirondacks. Excellent quality and great design! We couldn't be happier."
"The delivery was delayed and when it arrived, two of the legs from the table were the wrong pieces. I submitted a request for an exchange and am still waiting to hear back. Plus the table bows and therefore water just pools on it"
"Long factory screws from underneath the table are poking through the surface of the dining table. The frame of a chair was screwed together uneven from the factory, making it impossible to get the other parts of the chair to line up properly. It was noticeable before we began building the chair because the chair looked misshapen. We had to remove the factory screws and screw the frame together ourselves so we could begin building the chair. The round plugs to cover up the screws on the legs of the table do not fit the holes Polywood drilled. They are too small so the pieces pop out. There are large gaps between the legs of the table and the underside of the table. This is my second Polywood purchase. I have a set of rocking chairs with a small table that had 0 issues. I’m unsure how my dining set passed inspection and made it out of the factory. I have Adirondack chairs, fire pit table, and garden bench left to purchase for my backyard. I am very hesitant to order anything else from Polywood. I think it’s time to switch to Tangent."
"Ordered the full 7 piece set, although we are enjoying it for our pool patio, two of the chairs received had the front seat slat not secured. I thought it was a simple fix, so I attempted to tighten the pre-screwed slat and the screw came up through the top. Terrible. One of the chairs did not have the Polywood placard on it. Although not a huge deal, when you are paying this kind of money, you're looking for quality. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like this is common. So don't be surprised if it happens. Lastly, the worst part of all, the customer service response times are long. I currently have submitted a warranty claim for the two chairs - hoping to receive new ones. I am currently at 6 days with an open ticket. Their estimation on response is 5-7 business days, that seems crazy compared to other furniture manufacturers and suppliers. Overall, quality of the product seems good, ease of doing business, very bad."
"I like the set overall. There were some slight discrepancies in measurements, so some of chairs were harder to put together than they should have been. Two of the pieces with the Polywood placard were upsidedown, and due to the shape can't just be flipped. I recognize I probably could ask for new ones, but it's not worth the hassle of shipping and rebuilding the chairs for that. I doubt anyone would ever notice if I don't point it out. Once assembled, the set seems like it will last well. It is sturdy and solid."
