We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

"I had to add another corner to my sectional. Love this Deep Seating Patio Set!"
"Very poor quality control. Furniture is difficult to assemble due to poor manufacturing tolerances, edges are scalloped on some of the pieces, corner cushion was manufactured with the zipper on the top surface. Screws are not long enough in some places and strip out. Furniture was sloppy stacked on a shipping pallet. You will need to reinforce joints on your own with stainless steel construction screws. I am a skilled woodworker and have built all sorts of furniture… I was barely able to assemble these pieces."
"Although this review is about my recent experience with the 6-piece EDGE modular deep-seating set that I recently received from Polywood, it is an overall review of my experience, having been a repeat customer. My EDGE set arrived later than expected (which I know was just a window), and once all boxes were unpacked and I began to try to put it together, I noticed that the holes drilled into the top of the back rest were too large for the screws on each of the three corner seating pieces. Additionally, there was no notch in the seat on any of these pieces on which the back piece could rest on the seat; it would seemingly just be supported by the screw. I reached out to Polywood right away and opened a video call with Mindy who saw exactly what was wrong and immediately offered to replace the pieces – the three corner pieces. I explained to her that I didn’t need the pieces. I just needed larger screws. “Nope, we don’t know the size of the hole; we will send three new corner pieces. And for your trouble, we will give you a bit of a credit back. ” Which was a very nice gesture. All great, but with company coming from overseas, I kind of need this asap. Mindy told me that she was going to try to get it shipped quickly and she would make absolutely sure that the pieces got inspected thoroughly before they went out the door and was very apologetic. It's then that I tell her about 2021 when I ordered the Lakeside 9-piece bar table and chairs – another pricey item that arrived with half of the chairs missing holes and pieces put together upside-down. Back then they also sent me new chairs when they also could have just sent me new screws (or I could have gotten my own screws quite frankly) but for that price, it should be done right. But, I digress. The point is, this is not the first time that I’ve had a production issue. It was my mistake to trust them a second time. Fast-forward 10 days to get my replacement order of three corner deep-seating sofa pieces (when I could have just gotten screws) to take off work again to wait for FedEx Freight since I have to sign for this delivery. I open the boxes … all excited. I carry them to the deck and start to put them together … the edges of the plastic are all jagged. Like they were ripped off the assembly line. Being the optimist that I am, I think, “not a problem, I can just sand that down. ” Fine. I take the backrest pieces out. Hmm. I wonder why these holes aren’t lining up. I’m using the right pieces … check the instructions again. Yup, it’s the right piece. Wait a minute. THE BACK OF THE SOFA IS UPSIDE DOWN. It’s supposed to be slanted to accept the back rest you’re attaching. Well, it’s slanted alright. THE WRONG DIRECTION. The piece is attached UPSIDE DOWN. This has to be a joke. I look … two out of three of the pieces are constructed this way. But not only that, on ONE SIDE OF THE SOFA CORNER. So, if one is inspecting it (and I’m not a quality-control inspector and I noticed it), one would say, “Hmm, why is THAT side angled backward and THIS side angled forward … that doesn’t seem right!” BETTER YET, THE HOLES ARE STILL WRONG. On one piece, a screw is sticking out of the side of the sofa. And on two of the three pieces, the seat bottom is attached BACKWARD so there’s no way to attach the base of the backrest to the seat bottom. These three are even more unusable than the first order I received. I call Polywood. Wait to speak to someone for 26 minutes. Finally Deanna was lucky enough to get me on the phone. By then, I was able to calm myself down, because I was honestly fuming. “Don’t send me anymore pieces. I do not want three more pieces. I am going to do what I should have done before and just gone to my local hardware store [mind you which is 30 minutes away] and get larger screws and be done with this. ” She offers again to ship new items. I absolutely do not want new items because NOW, I have to disassemble these in order to recycyle them. Which is now a weekend project that I frankly do not have time for. These are 100% unusable. I told Deanna that the company needed to make me whole for every amount of trouble that I have been through with this nonsense. Another little credit, but in no way whole. I should at least been given credit back for three broken corner pieces. The lack of quality control in production is appalling. Products going out the door that cannot be put together is unacceptable. Mindy did reach out to see how the replacement furniture was and I told her what a mess it was. She apologized again and told me someone senior was looking into it. And that’s great. I feel bad for the customer service agents who have to deal with issues like this because it’s not their fault. So I do try to be as calm and as polite as I can. And I feel the best way for people to show dissatisfaction is to not patronize a business that does not perform up to your standards. So, after spending over $6500 at Polywood over the past three years, there is absolutely no way that I would recommend these products to anyone unless their quality control undergoes some major change. The reason I repurchased from them was because the dining set withstood two harsh winters in a northern US climate."
"Solid,easy assembly, great looking"
"We love our edge modular chairs. They were easy to assemble and are very comfortable. I love how each section connects to each other."
"Excellent quality and very easy to put together!!!"
"This furniture is so durable! It seems like it will last a life time. The cushions are very thick and comfy. I am very happy about this purchase."
"High quality, easy to assemble quickly"
"love the quality of the furniture and the cushion color is great!"
"We bought other furniture but in the AZ heat it was ruined after a year so we decided to spend the extra money and invest in Polywood. The furniture is well built and the cushion material and density of the cushions is great. We'll see if it lasts in AZ, but with a 20-year warranty I'm hoping we should be set for many years. The delivery was also very quick."
