I have 6 of these chaises, and several of the rubber rings on the wheels have come off. Can I order some replacements and extra ones for the future? Without this piece, the wheels will get damaged.

I bought two nautical chaise lounges with wheels but the wheels won't move at all. Do they need to be loosened up after putting the chairs together? How do you get the wheels to move freely on these lounge chairs as they are too heavy to pick up and carry?

Why is the white color an extra $60 bucks? White is the most basic common color for most things & most customers Why would you charge more for that? Seems unfortunate for the customer's wanting a stock white that goes with everything. Can I have a discount?

We bought the chaises without wheels last year. Is it possible to purchase the wheels separately and attach to the legs or replace the legs entirely?

Hello Rebecca, That is a great question. The Nautical Chaise with Wheels has a different design on the leg area than the Nautical Chaise _without_ wheels. This design change means we are unable to sell just the wheels or legs for a Chaise that was purchased without them. Could I buy 2 and put them together as a double chaise lounge. And put an arm rest of n either side?

Hello Peg, Great idea! Unfortunately our legs are attached to the arms and there would be no support in the middle. The chaises are not designed for that and if you choose to do it you chaises would not be covered by the 20year warranty. Any problem with squirrels knawing on furniture?

Hello, It is not common, but is does happen. Some of my customer have had good luck with spraying peppermint oil on the furniture, or using cayenne pepper spray or powers near the ground or legs.
