We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Terrific, sturdy, & comfortable and pretty! I had a problem with one of the backboards being miss-drilled, but Polywood replaced the incorrect boards and shipped them to us quickly. Love, love, love Polywood products!!!"
"I would rate this bench a 4. 5 out of 5, not because of any flaws, but because the assembly is a bit of a pain on the butt when mounting the bottom section of the backrest. I would advise you use a traditional “L” shaped hex key instead of the straight one Polywood supplies. You also have to finagle the poly boards so the hex screws line up just right so you can tighten the backrest boards appropriately. Otherwise the bench is amazing (once assembled) and flawless. You’ll also need 1/2 and 7/16 weather bits to assemble the legs and bottom board. There are only 5 steps to assembly, easy until the last step but be patient. Having a second person align the 2 resting backboards will help tremendously. Typical super high quality product from Polywood. I will be placing this bench on top of pea stone, right by a pond on our property, to overlook the water. I’ve bought many products from here, including Adirondack chairs, side tables, bar side tables, pool side tables, including this park bench. All have lived up to the hype. Although a bit expensive, this park bench is probably my favorite piece of furniture from this site thus far. Highly recommended!"
"The bench had multiple defects and even after replacement parts were received it was very difficult to assemble (the hole tolerances of the design should likely be tightened). The two plywood deck chairs we bought last year were made correctly, but someone in manufacturing was either not paying attention or followed the wrong instructions while making our park bench. The bench is nice now that we’ve put it together, but that was too much effort for the price."
"The bench we received had multiple manufacturing defects, and even after replacement parts were delivered, the bench was very difficult to assemble. After fighting with the components to get workable hole alignments, the park bench is nice. However, the design needs to be improved to make it easier to assemble, and extra quality control is needed, especially given the cost of the product."
