I have cushions from you in Cast Ocean (ordered in 2021), now that your supplier has changed do you have a suggested color that is close - it looks like Sky Blue is similar/closest?

Can I choose a fabric not shown for the Braxton collection sofa? We already have 2 loveseats from that collection with the Making Waves pattern....I do not see that fabric offered for the sofa...We want to add this piece to our sitting area.

We purchased a white Polywood set at Costco for a Florida home , It was a great deal with 18 pieces. The only issue was the cushions were not at all firm as the set I bought for our Ohio Condo at a furniture store. We need to buy firm replacement cushions. Do u have the really firm foam core replacement that is the same as our Ohio Polywood set? I love the products and for Florida with hurricanes it doesn’t move during a hurricane which we experienced when Ian was a direct hit to Ft Myers. I will change the fabric with new cushions.

We need to see if you did in fact order genuine POLYWOOD furniture, and if so, why there would be a difference & if that is something we still offer. On the set that you bought from an Ohio store, can you provide me with serial numbers? They would be small white bar code stickers, with digits like this: xx-xxxxx. On the furniture, it is underneath the seat, on the cushions it is on the tag. If you can provide me with that, I can look up what you ordered. Thanks, Mindy

What fabric is your performance fabric made of? For weather and water resistant fabrics are any PFAS chemicals used?

Hello Juliana, Our Cushion Performance Fabric is a brand called Revolution and is made of polypropylene and does not contain PFAS. Its wax coating causes dew/drizzle to bead up and easily be wiped off. Heavier rain passes through but the fabric dries relatively quickly. Thanks for asking, Mindy

How do you clean this umbrella?

Hi Colleen, Great question! Here are the cleaning instructions from our website: Open your umbrella and lay it on its side. - Remove dust and loose dirt with your dry vacuum fitted with a brush attachment. - Rinse the canopy with your garden hose. - Fill the bucket with warm water and mix in 1 cup of bleach and ¼ cup of soap per gallon of water. - Apply the solution to the fabric and let it sit for 15 minutes. - Thoroughly rinse the canopy and leave it open to air-dry. NOTE: Only use this method on bleach-cleanable performance fabrics. Before trying this approach, check with your umbrella’s manufacturer to see if it’s safe to clean with bleach.
