The cushion covers are washable?

Hi Liena, Thank you for your inquiry! Our cushion covers are not designed to be removable for machine washing. Instructions for cleaning cushions are found in our Help Center. Here are the basic cleaning steps - Remove loose debris from cushion covers before it embeds in the fabric. Using your dry vacuum makes quick work of this. Create a mixture of ¼ cup of dish soap per gallon of warm water in a bucket. (For 5 gallons of water, use 1¼ cup of soap.) Apply the mixture to the material with a clean cloth. Rinse thoroughly and let your cushions air-dry. Thanks! Lana

Some components come partially assembled, such as a fully built seat, backrest, or tabletop. You'll need to finish assembly by affixing the components together. Is the midnight linen fabric considered a dark navy or black? Is this a Revolution or Sunbrella product?

I know this chair does not come with an ottoman but we must have one. Do you recommend we get one of the folding Adirondack ottoman's in the same finish? I am concerned because of the height of the chair we might not choose the right ottoman. Please advise.

Hi - I am considering purchasing the Riviera Modern Lounge Chairs but I’d like to see what they look like without cushions. Even though I will use the cushions when in use, we have a good amount of wind so will remove when not in use. I understand they do not have ties or any way to attach to chair? Thank you.

Can the chair be used comfortably without the cushion if I don’t want to leave the cushions outside all of the time? Do you have a photo of the chair without the cushion? Also, how does the cushion attach? I don’t see ties in the back photos.

With our deep seating chairs like this, it is not designed or recommended to be used without the cushions as it is not comfortable. I will include a photo of the chair without the cushions below. Our cushions for deep seating don't come with ties as the cushions are meant to be flipped regularly to keep them looking nice and new.  Thanks -Jason

What are the dimensions of the seat and back cushions? I'm considering have custom cushion covers made.

Can this be purchased in the vintage polywood finishes?

Why are so many customers having issues with product quality, assembly and customer service? I was going to order 4 of these Riviera chairs and am now considering your competitors. Any compelling reason to reconsider???

Please specify which fabrics are Sunbrella? You mention 3 tiers, yet the Riviera Modern Lounge chair only shows one tier of fabric. I definitely want Sunbrella.

After reviewing the questions and answers below, I don't see a different variety of fabrics? Are these all the same type of fabric? Is it meant to be left outside? Also, how do the cushions attach to the chairs?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We've been updating our fabric selections recently, so that could be why the previous reviews and answers don't match what you're seeing on the site now. We use outdoor performance fabrics for all of our cushions. These are weather-resistant performance fabrics designed to protect against fading and degradation from sunlight. Covering or storing your cushions will help extend their life though. The back cushion is attached to the seat cushion. There are straps that fasten around the rear of the chair frame to hold the cushions in place. All the best, Candace

What is the difference between the three tiers of cushion pricing? Which of the tiers is the Sunbrella fabric?

We seek a lounge chair style without pads for year-round use in an unprotected setting. Not practical for us to remove and store cushions when furniture is not in use. May we see a photo of this chair without the pads? How far apart are the slats under the seat cushions? What is the seat height without the pads? We're willing to try to adapt for use w/o cushions!

Can anyone speak to the the overall comfort level of the Riviera Modern Lounge chair? I am interested in the ease of getting in and out, as the chair sits slightly lower than some others of its type.

Hi Anne, Great question! The seat of the Riviera Modern Lounge Chair is about 16" off the ground, which is taller than the seating height of Adirondack chairs, making it easier to get in and out. What is the difference between "linen" cushion and "natural" cushion? Natural is more expensive, what is the reasoning?
