I purchased a polywood set with cushions a couple years ago. They are getting frayed and discolored. Are these covered under the warranty?

Do these cushions have zippers so you can remove and wash them?

Hi KH! Many of our cushions do feature zippers; however, these are primarily intended for the manufacturing process rather than for removing or adjusting the filling inside. While they make assembly possible, the intricacies of our process make it difficult to remove and reinsert the filling once it’s enclosed within the fabric shell. For that reason, we don’t recommend removing the inserts, as it could compromise the integrity of the cushion. Thank you, Amber

Just got the sunbrella chair cushions for my lakeside table. Paperwork with cushions says to store in dry covered area. What's that about? Thought they were water resistant and weatherproof?

Do the cushions have ties on them to secure them to the chair?

Hello Michelle, Thank you for reaching out to us. These particular cushions do have ties. Any cushions designed for dining chairs, rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, benches, gliders, etc, will have ties to hold them in place on the furniture. The only seating furniture that we have that the cushions do not have ties are the deep seating cushions. (for reference). It doesn't seem as though you are interested in deep, so you should be just fine with these if you are needing ties to hold them to the furniture. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Sam
