We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"We have at least 16 pcs (6 sets) we are happy with product and service, yes there were pcs that needed to be re-drilled, and few pcs that needed Replacements but all in all a good product that will hopefully last a very long time."

"This is the first time that I have ordered directly from Polywood; although I own other Polywood furniture, it was sold to me by a business that assembled it for me. When we tried to assemble our Signature dining chairs, we found that the ends of the front and back stretchers that go horizontally between the chair legs were too large to fit in the corresponding holes. If it hadn't been for my husband getting a utility knife and cutting down the ends, we wouldn't have been able to assemble the chairs. Customer service was willing to send replacement parts, but no guarantee that they would fit. . . Once assembled, the chairs are quite comfortable, although if you are a large person, they may be a little small for you. I would say the quality is good, if you are able to risk taking a sharp blade in hand to pare the hard material down."

We had an issue that required customer support - one chair cross bar didn’t have screw holes. I was able to take care of it online very quickly and got the part I needed in a week. Connecting with customer service is difficult and a 5-7 business day response to a support request is unreasonable. For the price point of this furniture I expect better customer support."
