Should you cover furniture in the winter to prolong wear?

Is everything marine grade…. Not just the hardware ?

What is your current warranty against fadeing? If your product does fade what is the process for replacement within 20 years? What is the warranty on the 316 stainless hardware? If it tarnishes or rusts, what is the policy to replace? What is your warranty on moving parts as it relates to the 316 stainless like hinges???? I had your product on order and the dealer stated that you do not warranty color fade and do not warranty the 316 stainless product.

Hello Clint, Thank you for reaching out to us about your products. With fading and rusting these types of things are not something that are typically covered by our warranty. We do however look into these situations on a case-by-case basis. All of our POLYWOOD lumber is manufactured with UV inhibitors and are colored from the inside out to help fight fading. Fading is not a common issue with our furniture, but if you are worried we do recommend thecoverstore.com for our furniture to help keep it protected. With our metal components and our lumber even we do have some care and maintenance tips to help keep it looking nice for a long time. Do these come in white? I cant see a white option on the site.

Is there an option to make these shorter than 75.5" long? could a couple planks be removed/left off?

i have easily assembled 6 chairs and 3 tables, but was unable to assemble the bench and had to return it. How easy is this lounge to assemble? thanks Tom

Does the Southbeach chaise come with wheels?

Is the angle of recline adjustable?

We have a baja step in our pool. Can this furniture sit in 3" of water on a permanent basis ?

Hello, Our furniture cannot sit on a baja step in a pool permanently. The chemicals in the water could compromise the hardware effecting the integrity of the product. If you would like, you can put them in when using them and take them out when done. Rinse them with fresh water after they are taken out of the pool. Thanks for reaching out! Ashley
