Nice furniture and cushion.

"Nice furniture and cushion, only down side was waiting the month to receive it. Once the order is placed you are at their mercy of when you will get the product. Was told they are very busy. If I was told up front about the delay, I would be able to make a decision on the purchase. My furniture came 2 weeks later than the delivery estimate and I did not have the bench for a planned party. They responded 2 weeks later by saying it has been delivered. Frustrating."

Q&A

Can this, or any other benches similar to this, be site surface mounted?
Hi Erin! Thank you for your question! Our benches aren’t designed to be site surface mounted, but they can be attached to a solid deck, concrete, wood, or metal surface using stainless steel L-brackets. Please note—if the leg where the bracket is attached cracks, it would not be covered under warranty. To help prevent this, we recommend using hardware that goes in no more than ¾ of the way into the lumber and leaving at least ¼" of clearance on all sides of the screw or bolt. Thank you, Amber
One of the reviews mentions “metal support piece on the top back of the bench.” This is not visible in the pictures online. Can you send a picture of this?

We recently purchased three of the 60" Traditional Garden benches. We plan to attach a 2.5" x 8.5" plaque to the upper horizontal rail of the bench. The plaque has four pre-drilled holes for mounting screws. Do you have any recommendations as to what type and length of screw we should use? Our benches will be outdoors. thanks.
Hello Susan, attaching a plaque to our furniture with screws will void the warranty for that one component but the rest of the chair will still be covered. Engraving on the lumber will also void that component's warranty but not the whole piece. if you do decide to engrave or use a screw, it's recommended no deeper than 1/8th" deep to maintain the integrity of the lumber.
Does the Traditional Garden 60" Bench come in the Vintage finishes as well?
Hello Jesse, The best way to see if an item is available in vintage, is to search for the SKU, but add a 'v' to the end. In this case, I'm afraid the Traditional Garden 60" Bench does not come in those vintage finishes. I will pass on your interest, in case they want to add those choices in the future. What is the weight capacity?
That is correct. Each seat on the bench has been tested up to 400 lbs and has passed the ASTM Standard testing. Thank you for your inquiry!

Does bench scratch easily like if a dog jumps on it all the time?
Hello, Our products are very durable to the elements, but when it comes to pets or other animals, they can leave scratches on the material. Scratching depends on the frequency of jumping on the item, the size of the dog and the sharpness of their nails. We need to put plaques on the top rail of these benches for use in our local park. What is the dimension of this piece and what is the suggested maximum height for a bronze plaque at this location?
Hello Michael, The top rail of the back assembly is 3" wide. You will want to leave 1/4" on either side of the plaque so a plaque that is 2.5" wide would be perfect. You will want to use screws to attach it. Also, the plaque will have to be mounted to the front of the bench. There is a metal bar that runs along the back behind the top rail.
