We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Let’s see if this gets posted seeing my last review was deleted. Sad to say after spending over 5K for various pieces of furniture, it was a nightmare to put this table together. None of the holes aligned which made me have to redrill everything. There is a metal brace on each side made of aluminum which has 3” screws that must go through the metal. These were not predrilled as well. Was extremely difficult to get through the metal. Either they forgot to predrill or the screws were too long. So after almost 2 hours, I finally go the table together. Should have taken 10 mins if the holes were properly done. Next we ordered a sofa and parts were missing to that. I understand mistakes happen but for a company that makes their product in the US, I wouldn’t expect this. I’ve shady been offered for it to be replaced but the time and effort it would take for me to tear it apart and send back is not worth it."
"Ordered this table along with many other pieces. Predrilled holes in table and legs were both way off. Would never line up. Had to redrill everything myself. Not sure how they expected these screws to go through the metal frame either. Still question whether the 3” screws they gave me were too long. I had to drill through the aluminum as well. Took longer to assemble the table than two sofas, 6 chairs, 3 end tables. That gives you an idea how long this thing took. I realize they would send me a new one but it’s more of nightmare to re-box everything then to just redrill holes."
