Beautiful set! White Glove service disappointing!

"This is such a beautiful set! It looks beautiful on our deck! My biggest complaint is the White Glove service that I paid extra for. Very little communication from the 3rd party company hired. Then part of my order was missing without any heads up from Polywood. The control panel for the fire pit was installed upside down, as well as the glass wind protector. A bit disappointing for as pricey as it was. I recommend hiring your own assembly service, or just do it yourself!"

Backyard Comfort

"We find the green Vineyard Adirondack chairs very comfortable, especially with the added brown chair seat pads that tie to them. Having two of us to put together the chairs made it much easier. We did watch videos on how to do this, so that helped too along with reading the directions. We hope to get years of use out of these chairs in our new Florida backyard. The Fire Pit Table was the most challenging to put together, but with the purchase of a brighter flashlight to see what we were doing better, that helped. It is a bit tight working underneath the table. Also when putting in the propane tank, it sometimes moves the round pan on the top, so we now know to check to make the sure the pan is back in its proper place after attaching and inserting the propane tank. Since we get a lot of rain in our area for half the year, we bought a 24-inch round outdoor fire pit spark cover guard made of steel and mesh to place on top of the glass guard. This creates a perfect round mound under the protective cover so rain does not puddle in the middle after storms. Again we look forward to many years of using these beautiful and durable items. Campfire ambiance without the smoke!

"This is our 3rd purchase of Polywood furniture and we're just as happy with this purchase as we were with the first two. We had an empty patio space and this filled it perfectly! We couldn't decide on a colour so we contacted customer service and they were able to send us some colour samples. We chose the rich mahogany colour as it worked so well with the woods behind our house and our siding colour. It took my husband and me about an hour to put everything together. . . no missing parts! The set itself is very nice but we wished there would have been 6 chairs instead of 5. We were able to order another vineyard adirondack chair separately and had it shipped with this order. We're very happy with the way it all came together!"

What is the distance between the edge of the table and the glass fire pit shield. I am trying to figure out if it is deep enough so you could comfortably put a plate there and eat a meal.

I notice the recommended minimum space for this set is 13' x 13'. My deck is 12' x 12'. Do you think this would be okay? What if I only use 4 of the chairs?

Is there a cover for the center rock/fire hole to protect from rain?
I used a 24" hot water heater drain pan and it fits perfectly over the top of the glass to keep the rain out. It also keeps water and snow from pooling In the provided cover.
Can you substitute some of chairs with Adirondack rocking chairs?
