Great addition to poolside

"I chose this loveseat for a poolside conversation area along with two Adirondack chairs in the same Polywood color. The loveseat cushions are so comfortable, even for my very picky husband whom I’ve found lounging in it more than once so far. The Adirondack chairs are a little stiffer, and I recommend ordering the seat cushions for them. I have done so for mine but shipment is not for a few weeks. My one issue with Polywood is the lengthy delivery time. This time I chose white glove delivery which was superb! We learned last year after receiving our first Polywood purchase of two loungers , that assembly is more effort than we like. Go with the white glove service. It’s worth every penny."

"But assembly was harder than it should have been. The edge of the metal bar at the back of the seat blocked one of the screw holes, which required us to drill the metal edge off, which took 3 different drill bits."

Q&A

In the description, it says the seat height is 12", 17" with cushion. Is the cushion truly 5 inches? Is it firm or do you sink down to 13"?

Hello Daniel, Thank you for reaching out about our Vineyard Loveseat. The frame comes in a box 48"L x 26"W x 10"H and weighs 57lb. The cushions are shipped in separate boxes that can vary based on availability so it could be both sets in one box or 2 separate boxes. Best wishes, Heather
My back cushions (all four of them) on both of my loveseats are falling apart at the top seam. They did not last one year. There is no zipper on them, so I cannot have them easily fixed by a seamstress. Therefore, I need to order them again in navy. Please give me the style number and price, so that I can do that online. I would prefer to not call in, as nobody is answering the phones. Can you provide me the information to order?
