We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Bought this chair about 5 years ago. Breakage of the plastic parts has been a constant problem. The first time something broke I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. Subsequently I have used pieces of the part I swopped out to make splints, as it seemed better than waiting weeks for them to ship a replacement each time. Incidentally, I weigh 230 lbs, much less than it's rated for."
"Great chair. Bought to have an accessible option for guests that find traditional chairs too low and hard to get out of. Probably did not need the grande…it’s really big…might only need that of you have a linebacker in the family. But overall, like the chair and I’d get one if the chairs with the higher seat of you have accessibility concerns."
"The chairs are wonderful! There were a few glitches with this order that I did not experience with my first two. First problem, several pieces of the hardware were not usable. Some of the bolts would not thread into the nuts and could not be used. Thankfully, Polywood sent me a full set of replacement hardware. The second issue was in the armrest. The holes on the armrests themselves had to be redrilled as they were off by a small fraction. There was an intention just below the drilled holes where the additional drilled ended up having to be done. That made me wonder if they were intended to be drilled in the proper location, but something was just not set right. Finally, there really should be better and LARGER print instructions. There were no videos I could find for my particular model and the instructions gave VERY LITTLE information on how to place the back of the chair properly and how to wedge it in. All four chairs tested my patience and wore my old hands out trying to make them fit. And twice, the screws were misaligned because the bottom section does not have any intention to show exact placement and I was off enough that one came through the top of the correct location and the second one was just off enough that it was creating a bulge at the top of where it should have gone. Once all four chairs were assembled, I was in love with them. It was just a process to get there."
