Beautiful

"Goes nicely in my yard and fits a medium size shrub perfectly."

Marcia T. (5/5)

Sturdy construction but poor QC

"For a premium product, these did not arrive ready to assemble. Instead, there were small shavings in all of the slots (presumably where they routed out the slots) that were still partially connected. Rather than making sure these were ready to go, they just shipped them, leaving me to finish cleaning out all of the slots with a chisel. These also took a full month to arrive from ordering to delivery. I understand that they say they're made to order, but there's no reason it should take a full month to arrive. Good product but it seems like the underlying business ops are struggling."

Love all of my Polywood but. . .

"I am prefacing this with we have ordered lots of Polywood over the past few years from this company and we love it. This includes two other planter boxes. However, the quality control on this piece was lacking with a finish that was not smooth and the alignment of the holes. My husband made this work but did have to use the drill to align one side after a very long time of attempting to make the predrilled holes work. Deducting a star because my expectations are higher when I spend this much money for an outside planter."

Not the easiest to assemble!

"Some of the screw holes didn’t align the best. I had to play around with all the pieces to try and find the best fit. It would be helpful if you would label the pieces A, B, C, etc. & include clearer assembly instructions in the box."

Q&A

How high off the grand does the vineyard square planter sit? Is the bottom solid?
Hello Kay, Great questions! The Vineyard Square Planter Box sits approximately 1.25 inches off the ground. Additionally, the planter has a solid bottom designed with drainage holes. I hope this information helps! Thank you, Emma
Can I put lockable-casters on the bottom for easy movement?
Hi Charis! Thank you for your question. We don’t recommend adding lockable casters or making modifications to the furniture. Altering or drilling into our lumber can cause cracking and would void the warranty. Some companies offer rolling plant stands with casters, sometimes referred to as plant caddies or trolleys, which may be suitable for your needs. Best, Amber
