We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"This was such a mess from start to finish. I ordered the items on 17Aug23 AFTER contacting customer service with a concern about whether items ordered three weeks in advance would arrive on time. I was told it takes up to15 days total for items to arrive, but also that I might consider waiting until 28Aug23 to place my order so it would arrive on time as I needed them anytime from 2 Sept to 9Sept. I placed the order on 17Aug23 and sent my order number back to customer service as she said she could follow it and even delay shipping if needed. - Again indicating they might come much sooner than expected. Received an email early morning 30Aug23 that items had shipped and a link to tracking. NO ITEMS SHIPPED. Tracking just said no delivery date could be found. When I called the following week, we were told that if the items were in transit someplace, they would put in a rush order to get us new items built and out to and I'm just like, if this was an option, why didn't the customer service see there was an issue and do this for the items already ordered?. Ultimately, we learned that not only did the items never actually leave the warehouse, but that now the warehouse reported they needed two additional days to process the shipping. Your company is sending very dysfunctional vibes. We requested a refund and immediately more requests came to my email to submit the 'How did we do?' reviews. (this was the third one and, at this time, we had neither our money back or the product. ). I had planned multiple shipments for that week from companies and every single one delivered except this one. Literally never delivered. But wait, there's more! Up to and including FRIDAY of last week, September 15th, I was receiving notifications that the product was 'out for delivery' - like one notification for each chair separately. So the top notch warehouse processed the shipment days after it was cancelled and it took one full month for the order to actually move out of that warehouse. What a mess. So yeah, when I received yet another request yesterday to 'tell us how we did!' you betcha."
"Set looks great and we will use it for years. Here’s my one critique: you should offer marine grade screws (that won’t rust or corrode for many years) as an option for buyers. Those of us who live on the ocean are all too familiar w metal - even aluminum- falling apart after 2-3 years so I would have definitely been willing to upgrade the screws. Thanks!"
"Quality is good however of the 4 chairs ordered, two had incorrect cross pieces which go underneath the front seat. One was 3” too long, one was 2” two short. I am waiting for replacement parts. Also, I found these chairs difficult to put together (the two that I was able to assemble) due to their weight and lining up fastener holes."
