Good quality, feels small, beware re delivery

"The quality of this table is really nice. It will hold up to the salt air and last forever. Easy to assemble but very very heavy. The style is also very nice. In general it feels a bit undersized, the chairs and table are narrow so just measure and ensure this is what you’re looking for. Our delivery was an utter nightmare. I understand it’s not a Polywood team rather the delivery partner they use but oh my. The delivery truck left all of the furniture and cardboard basically in the street at the end of our driveway. When we asked them to please put the furniture closer to our home they refused. It was quite the ordeal to get the very heavy stuff up to our deck. So again, beware. It’s likely worth paying for the white glove delivery service."

Great customer service!

"We ordered the set in March with a scheduled May delivery date. It arrived on time but one of the aluminum supports under the table was placed on the wrong side of the polywood support. I sent an email with pictures to customer service over Memorial Day weekend and received a very nice response a few days later, They sent a replacement table top right away and we received it in about a week. The table is all assembled and on our deck and we love it. But for the initial problem with the first table top we would give five stars. I was very impressed with customer service - the timely response and friendly tone was much appreciated. We look forward to many years of use with this table set and I fully recommend the product."

"I’ve bought cheap patio furniture my entire adult life, and it was always needing to be replaced and was never heavy enough to stay grounded in a storm. We did our research and decided to pay more and get the good stuff that will last us forever. Our polywood set is beautiful, stylish, timeless and can stand up to heavy winds. We love it!"

"The products Pollywood uses for their furniture is probably some of best the quality out there. They build as you order, so don't expect to receive the furniture in a week. I believe it tool a little over a month for them to build it and ship it. Extremely easy to put together."

"I never thought I would describe something made of plastic as “beautiful,” but this is not your average plastic. I’ll warn you - you should have help! The table top is extremely heavy. I wanted to surprise my husband for Father’s Day and have it all set up. I had to go full beast mode to get it up a few steps and around to the back yard. Not smart, but some how it happened. The good news is, assembly is easy and the chairs arrive fully assembled."

bad screw

"POlywood will be sending a replacement table top, but the quality control needs to be better. i only saw this after more then 90% of the table was put together. now i will have to disassemble and bring this heavy table down my deck stairs and carry the new one up and redo all the screws."

Should be better quality for the price

"The chair backs are flimsy. When leaning back the back of the chair leans back a few inches. The bigger the person sitting the more they lean back. Just think for the price they could be better quality."

Q&A

When not in use, an you push the end chairs all the way into the table or does the cross bar of the table legs get in the way?

Hello Barbara, I apologize, but we do not have any 60" round tables. We do have 48" round dining tables. Having 4 guests would fit nicely, but 6 would fit as well. Your guests would just be a little closer to each other. Thanks for asking, Mindy
The chairs were shipped with Four spare hole plugs Are these supposed to be used on the seat? If so the seats did not have any plugs in them. We would need 48 for the four chairs.
Hello Doug, that is an excellent question. The four extra hole plugs that were sent with the chair are meant to be replacement for the plugs that are already in the chair.
