We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"After ordering samples of the vintage finish choices and thinking about our hot Houston weather and how we live, we ordered four of the Vineyard Curveback Adirondack Swivel Dining Chair in Vintage White. These came loaded very securely in their boxes on a pallet that the driver brought all the way into our portico where they could stay covered in case of rain and to bring them near our pool deck where they would be assembled and find their home with a table previously purchased. The only issue we had with assembly was when our chairs were packed, two left arms went into one box and to right arms went into another. So Pro-tip: because these are made to order, open every box before panicking! Chances are good everything is there! Assembly was very easy with very few fasteners and good directions, and we had all four put together in under an hour and ready for use! I ordered and added full cushions from Costco online made for Polywood chairs with this back profile in a light gray, but we spent the weekend with only two out of four with them attached to see if we even needed them. These chairs are very comfortable without pads. It is definitely a personal choice. We have other HDPE Adirondack chairs from Costco by another maker and have loved them, but they can be cold to sit in during cooler weather, so pads are a really nice option that we had added to the others. Polywood proper only sells pads for the bottom seat portion; I would personally recommend them just for added comfort if Costco is not an option for the full cushions, and I would recommend Polywood add the full pad options on their site. The swivel mechanism adds a good chunk of cash to the price of chairs, and this caused me to really think thru our purchase. This is our bottom line, and I hope this helps anyone who debates like we did over spending almost $2900 after taxes on four chairs. The chairs are heavy and substantial. It is really nice being able to simply turn to get in and out of them without any more movement. They aren’t scratching the surface of our pool deck, and they are also very comfortable and stylish, and in our case, classic. They are SO easy to clean, will never rust out, and have a twenty year warranty. They are forever chairs. The vintage finish added about $30/chair. I haven’t decided yet if this extra I added was worth it, but my goal was to have a finish that wasn’t so flat in appearance. I don’t hate it; I don’t love it. I like that I had a choice. So FIVE stars on these chairs, and we are loving them. Thank you, Polywood!"
