We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"The instructions are very detailed and clear. It took me about an hour to unbox and build everything. It’s tough to see from the website pictures, but there are metal reinforcements on each seat that really make the final build sturdy. The cushions are very comfortable. The set is a perfect accent to our new Trex deck."
"This arrived in several boxes. It was easy to assemble, clear instructions, but for the larger pieces, I recommend an extra set of hands. The tables came assembled. The hardware was in bags, but a couple of the bags were open and screws were out free in the box. Luckily all pieces were there because no extras are given. The quality is fabulous. I have the mahogany, and it looks like dark wood. The weathered tweed cushions are more grey than anything else and are perfect for me. I highly recommend this set."
"I ordered benches for a court at my house a year ago and they had a few pre-drilled holes not in the right place and it didn’t assemble the way it did until I drilled new holes. I just ordered a 6 piece couch, loveseat chair and coffee/end tables and a bar table and four chairs and had to drill about ten holes that weren’t set right again. For such an expensive order it was very frustrating. The quality of the material is great and I give the furniture a five, but their production and quality teams are quite poor. They already take a while to put together so disappointing given how good the materials are."

"Decided to start with assembling the sofa first and, since I was working by myself, found it helpful to lay the seat on the top of the coffee table (towels on top to protect from scratches) in order to screw the assembled legs onto the ends. After putting the legs on, removed the sofa from the coffee table and laid it on its back to put the seat back on. Everything lined up and assembled with no issues. Decided to use the same process in assembling the loveseat. Unfortunately, the top left end of the seat back didn't fit properly into the recess in the top of the leg and the hole in the leg didn't align with the threaded hole in the metal rod of the seat back. Not sure what exactly was off as the long screw that was to go thru the leg and into the hole at the bottom of the seat back also didn't line up. The right side top and bottom screws aligned with no issues. After enlarging the top leg hole a bit and shaving some off the half circle that the rod fit into, was finally able to get the top of the seat back connected. The bottom screw may have created a new hole in screwing it in. Also had some issues in putting the corner braces into position on the chair. After fitting the one side of the brace into the recess in the leg, the top was crooked/not parallel to the seat front. If I pushed the top against the seat front, the side of the brace popped out of the recess. It was the same issue on both legs. After some shaving of the backside edge of both corner braces and some off the edge of the seat front, I was able to get them screwed in straight. Aside from those hiccups, and having to pull off or shave off some "hanging chads" of polywood, the furniture looks great and all the cushions/seat backs and pillows looked perfect. Everything was packed very well, was shipped within the timeframe given, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Having worked in manufacturing, I realize not every piece can be 100% inspected by the quality assurance dept. and most of the quality falls to the people producing the part. A company is only as good as its workers. That being said, I was expecting, for the price, that there would be no issues with the product."
