1. Sponsor

The POLYWOOD DIYCON Backyard Upgrade Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by POLYWOOD, LLC, 1000 Polywood Way, Syracuse, Indiana 46567 ("Sponsor" or "POLYWOOD"). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway (collectively, "Giveaway Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 16, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received after the Giveaway Period ends will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit polywood.com/diycon during the Giveaway Period, enter a valid email address in the entry form, and submit it. Each eligible entrant who completes the entry form will receive one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway Period. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or any automated, scripted, or bulk entry method. Entries made in excess of the limit, or by any of these methods, will be disqualified.

If there is a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to that email address by the provider responsible for assigning addresses for the associated domain.

By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from POLYWOOD. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email; unsubscribing will not affect an entry already submitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries, which are void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $1,000 E-Gift Card to POLYWOOD furniture of the winner's choosing, selected from products available on polywood.com, with a total retail value of up to $1,000.00 USD (the "Prize"). The Prize will be fulfilled as a $1,000 POLYWOOD digital gift code, subject to product availability. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $1,000.00.

Standard shipping of the Prize to the winner's address in the 48 contiguous United States is included. Any portion of the Prize value not used in a single order will be forfeited and has no cash value. The Prize does not include taxes, assembly, installation, expedited shipping, or any other costs not expressly listed in these Official Rules, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required, and the winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number before the Prize is awarded. All POLYWOOD product warranties and return policies apply as stated on polywood.com.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 19, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, on or about November 19, 2026. The potential winner must respond within three (3) days of notification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within that period.

The potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, if he or she: does not respond or return required documents on time; is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason; or the notification is returned as undeliverable. Sponsor may select up three (3) alternate winners, after which the Prize may go unawarded.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner at random from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules is not a waiver of that term.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, or human errors; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in [Kosciusko County, Indiana]. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at polywood.com/privacy-policy. Entrants' email addresses will be used to administer the Giveaway and, as described in Section 4, to send POLYWOOD marketing emails.

12. Winner's Name and Official Rules

To obtain the winner's name (available after December 3, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 15, 2026 to: POLYWOOD, 1000 Polywood Way, Syracuse, Indiana 46567.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform.
