We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I bought multiple pieces when we built a pool. Polywood was great about holding the order for months since our project was delayed and then replacing the one marred part a couple months later when we finally built the furniture. Customer service was great and the furniture is high quality. We’ve had Adirondack chairs for 8 years and they still look new."
"Order arrived quickly and was packaged well. All the chairs came pre-assembled so we just had to lift them out of the box. The table needed the legs assembled, which took about 15 minutes to put together. This is our first square table and I was worried about whether or not I would love it but it is gorgeous and the chairs are so comfortable. Looking forward to many wonderful memories around this table! The only thing to note is that the table top is HEAVY so two people will make the assembly/moving around much easier. Also, I’m not reviewing the shipping carrier here but I would have given them a 2 star review. They set the appointment and showed up 3 hours after the 2-hour window they set. Driver, however, was very kind and brought the pallet off the truck and placed it where I asked with no hassle."
"We love our new Polywood set! The chairs all came assembled and the table went together in a matter of minutes. It was packed carefully and arrived palletized and in pristine condition. The design of the chairs is really unique and lovely. The trestle design of the table means everyone will have space for their legs/feet. The whole set is beautiful and heavy and we anticipate enjoying it for years to come!"
"Table needs to be larger to comfortably sit 8 people. The spacing between chairs on the website is deceiving and not an accurate portrayal of the product (picture shown with either a larger table or smaller chairs IMO). For this type of extravagant purchase people should expect an accurate online representation of the product. I do like that the product is made from recycled materials, low maintenance, and robust."
"Love my new dining set. It was packaged on a pallet and the chairs came assembled. The table needed assembly and is very heavy. Being single, I hired my handyman to move to the backyard and assemble it. The set looks very pretty on my patio and is so easy to wipe down. I live on the coast in the southeast and this set is very substantial. It's not going anywhere in a hurricane. Also, love that it's all weather and I won't have to store it for the off-season. The quality is excellent. I also purchased my front porch furniture from Polywood."

"Great quality! Easy to clean in the black color. The black color is better than the white for cleaning (we have white Adirondacks from polywood as well). Arrived mostly assembled, just had to add legs. Furniture is heavy and no concerns about it blowing over in storms. Also love that we don't need to cover it with an ugly outdoor furniture cover. It does get hot in the direct sun so good idea to have a shade structure. Thinking about ordering some additional pieces in this same line (loveseats and corner table) but waiting for a sale."
"Really sturdy, heavy enough to stay put in wind but easy enough to move around. The chairs are surprisingly comfortable without the seat cushions, for just having dinner on the patio, but nice to have the seat cushions for longer parties. The chairs were all fully assembled, just needed to unbox. The table top was quite heavy, easy to move with 4 people, doable but heavy with 2. Assembly was simple and quick. We’ve already had a couple parties around this table and have gotten great compliments from our friends. This is one set of the several other pieces we got for our new deck, and the quality is very impressive so far. No regrets at all."
