We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"We love our Chippendale Deep Seating furniture! Beautiful, well-constructed, and sturdy. The cushions are perfect - seats are big, firm, and comfortable (almost feels like memory foam), and backs have a looser fill for maximum comfort - all keep their shape so well, too."

"The furniture is overall ok. The arms on the chairs are oddly low. I’m disappointed with the quality of the cushions. They feel cheap in full type and cover material. Very stiff and no ties to attach to furniture. There is MUCH more assembly required than anticipated. For $8k order you’d think they could attach a chair arm or two. If I could do it again I’d probably order somewhere else for this money."

"I found the chairs to be lovely, sturdily built, and more comfortable than I expected with the cushions in place. I would have given 5 stars, but for the same problem described by Duncan, that being the many 1/4” plastic burrs on the latticework on the back of each of the chairs that were time consuming to remove with an X-acto knife. As Duncan pointed out, one would expect better quality control here. I have a couple of other comments that may be informative to other buyers. The slats across the seats are narrow in width, so the chair is not comfortable to sit on without the cushions (the slats on the chaise lounges are much wider, making them more versatile as one can comfortably sit on the chaise without the cushion. ) This is not a criticism, but informational as it is not readily observable on the displayed pics. Also, something that would make assembly easier would be to point out that the seat must be positioned with the Polywood logo disk (on the back of the seat) facing upright in order for the holes to line up correctly. The assembly instructions do not indicate that the seat has to be oriented in a particular way. I found this out the hard way on assembling the first of my two chairs, and had to partly disassemble it when I found the pieces not fitting easily. Assembly was much faster on the second chair knowing the logo disk had to face upright. Once they were trimmed and assembled, I was very pleas3d with the product."
"We love the set, but I didn't love the work I had to do to get everything set up. Assembly is easy, but I had to spend some time with each piece removing small plastic burs and bits of overflow from the moulding. For the price I should not have had to do that at all. Secondly, while most of the furniture wasn't damaged, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The pieces are just put into a large box without any inner packing to stabilize the pieces. The table that came with our set had one of the side pieces loose in the box where the screws sheered out of the piece. I had to get slightly larger screws to re-attach it. More annoying, however, was the large amount of metal shavings in the box from the metal table frame. Many pieces were imbedded into the tabletop and I had to carefully dig them out. I can't say there's any noticeable damage, but for the price it's not something I should have had to deal with. Lastly, if you're planning to put the pieces on a paved or stone surface like a patio, plastic/nylon gliders are a must to prevent damage to the furniture and markings on the patio surface. These should absolutely be included, I shouldn't have had to spend more $$ and another hour drilling holes into the legs to add gliders I had to pay for out of pocket. Ultimately I decided to not raise a fuss or return the pieces because when all was said and done they work great and look very nice and are comfortable. I would probably look into another manufacturer if we were planning additional purchases though."
"Not happy with the color of the cushions at all. Ordered a set, with the trellis sky blue color, for some reason there is dark yellow stitching and the blue is much darker than the picture online. Not at all what we were expecting. Does not have an easy return process for the seat cushions/pillows."
"I recently bought four of these deep seating Chippendale chairs in the Sand color with Weathered Tweed cushions. Shipping was super fast and FREE! They all arrived well-packaged with zero damage. Assembly was very easy using the tools provided. It took me about 10 minutes per chair to assemble. They are STRONG and STURDY and amazingly comfortable. Without a doubt the best chairs on the market. I paired these chairs with the 40" round fire pit. The set is just beautiful!!!"
