We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"First and foremost, the products are very good. Well-made and attractive. We’re happy with them but the buying experience was very frustrating. The products were supposed to ship by May 6 and did not ship for three weeks after that. Then the shipping process was very frustrating in that RKO could not confirm when they received the products or how we could set up delivery. When I finally figured that out we were told we’d get a call the afternoon or evening before the delivery. By 9 o’clock that night we had not heard anything and then got a phone call at 10:30PM telling us it would be delivered the next day between 10 and 2:00. The day of the delivery I received a text message saying the delivery would be delayed or need to be rescheduled but while I’m hold to see L what had happened I received a call from the delivery person saying they were on their way. The delivery people themselves were great, put the furniture together and took away all of the debris. That was impressive. Overall, I’d recommend the product but caution that you need to stay up top of it to ensure easy delivery."

"This fits perfectly into our seating area in the yard, my only complaint is the seat cushions are required in order for it to be comfortable. Which, in New England, is not really practical for most of the year. Ideally, I wanted a bench that could be used year round, but because the slats are so thin and spaced quite far apart we cannot have our dogs on there without the pads."

"This is professional commercial grade deck furniture. The cushions are comfortable and durable. Putting the furniture together was very easy for the most part. A couple of tight fits but this makes for a solid piece of furniture."
"We started with Adirondack chairs for our fire pit. Then we bought a table and two rocking chairs for our front porch. Now new couches and tables for our patio. These purchases spanned 15 years and I would challenge anyone to attempt to determine which was the oldest furniture by looking at them. They NEVER look old. Every spring I scrub them with simple green and a Mr Clean eraser and spray them with Wet and Forget and they look BRAND NEW again for another year. Yes the furniture is an investment but you only purchase it once! Also, a few years ago, we had a large tree branch fall on one of the chairs in a storm. One phone call, and a week later, I had replacement parts and put the chair back together. If it were any other company, they would not still have the same model, and I would have had to throw it out and buy another one. Polywood furniture LASTS!"
"The furniture is overall ok. The arms on the chairs and sofa are oddly low. I’m disappointed with the quality of the cushions. They feel cheap in full type and cover material. Very stiff and no ties to attach to furniture. There is MUCH more assembly required than anticipated. For $8k order you’d think they could attach a chair arm or two. If I could do it again I’d probably order somewhere else for this money."
