"The set we ordered was so uncomfortable no one in my family would sit in it while they were visiting for July 4!! The fabric stretch is VERY hard with no give. Almost like sitting on concrete. Beside that fact, one can easily feel the bar under the fabric when you sit down!! I contacted the company C. S. and "RV"was incredible. She said I could have the furniture picked up at no charge and be credited the full amount. I am thrilled with your dedication to service and will consider other products of a different line/style."

"Had furniture delivered. Paid $499 for white glove service and delivery men drilled a hole in the furniture. Pollywood has yet to contact me with a human and I am not a satisfied customer. Would not recommend. Do better!"

Why are some colours of the recliner chairs so much more expensive? Is that because there is less light coloured plastics being recycled?

Our Sling material is 100% woven vinyl-coated polyester, is a super durable, fast-drying fabric engineered for strength and dimensional stability! Why s the warranty on the sling only 3 years when all other =s are 20 years? What's the expected life of the sling and what will it cost to replace.
Hi Robin, Great question! Sling material, woven inserts, cushions, pillows, and umbrellas have a different warranty timeframe than POLYWOOD lumber, as stated in our Limited Residential Warranty. While Sling material is warranted for 3 years, it typically lasts a lot longer than that. When we send replacement sling material it's within an assembly for ease of replacement and the price will vary depending on the type of assembly ordered. Thanks, Lana
