Hi, we love the added comfort that the slings could provide on your counter chairs but we are concerned about durability. Are the slings also guaranteed for 20 years of residential use? If not how long is the warranty for residential use? We live in the southeast United States. Thank you.

Hello Chuck, Thank you for reaching out to us about our sling products. Our 20 year warranty is only on our plastic lumber. The sling is warranted from tears and becoming non-functional because of loss of dimensional stability from exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot and abnormal atmospheric conditions for three (3) years of residential use. Abnormal or excessive discoloration and fading is covered. Thanks -Jason

Do these chairs fit under the counter height table (so they can be pushed in)? Or do they have to stick out? Also, is the "parchment" color sling a gray color or more of an off white?

Hi there Elyse, Great question! All of our dining chairs are designed to fit under any of the tables in the same height family. So all counter top height chairs will fit under any counter top height table, etc. Also, the Parchment color sling is more of an off white color. i really like the coastal counter sling chair, but do you have any that offer a “ glass/ or bottle holder “.

Are the slings replaceable?

Hi Dawn, Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the sling panels can be replaced if you decide you want to change things up in the future. We don't sell just the slings on the site, so you would just need to reach out to our customer experience team at hello@polywood.com instead. We'll create a replacement parts quote and send it for you to look over. I am looking at the Coastal Counter Chair in Vintage Sahara Frame and want white sling, is that available? I am also looking for a white rectangle firepit table in counter height?
