We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I purchased quite a bit of Hollywood furniture for my client in the color teak, and a few other pieces in white. The client was able to put them together fairly easily and is enjoying them very much."
"We purchased a set of the cottage collection and love them! They are comfortable, and aesthetically nice while not too ostentatious. Our only regret is that we didn’t get darker cushions. We ordered the dune burlap cushions not realizing that our dog would also think that the chairs were quite comfortable. Needless to say, we now have squirt bottles of diluted dish soap near by to clean off her paw prints."

"Purchased the deep seating set about a month ago. Assembly was easy all the parts were there. The frames are made well and pretty sturdy for the type of material used. The one problem is the two chairs have two holes that were not drilled properly. The screws go in and do nothing so they keep working there way out because of the flex in that joint. Apparently a problem because I just read someone else had the same issue. The cushions are not that great. After sitting a few minutes they tend to flatten down and get hard. I opened the cover to see that they don't use a good quality foam and its not thick enough to give good support . Its wrapped in a batting material to make it look thick but has no support. I am giving this a 4 but the cushions really deserve a 2. 5 and the frames deserve a 4. I guess I can get some bolts to replace the screws to keep it tight."

"I submitted a claim for them to correct their error, but I have not been contacted. Bought 2 chairs with ottomans. One chair had missing hardware and the other had two over drilled holes that the hardware slid in and out of. Pricey furniture to be left with no response from the company after two weeks. Not happy."
"Love our new patio chairs! Light enough to flip over and check for wasps, heavy enough to feel sturdy for an adult to sink into. The cushions are nice and deep, and excellent quality. Very easy to put together (they send a very nice quality Allen wrench to go with it) and I was able to assemble the chair in about 10 minutes unassisted."
