"Actual product is good. Like the table and chairs for sure. However, I tried multiple times to set up delivery date and delay the delivery because the house is a STR with guests staying at the home. I could not be there to accept the delivery. Tried 3 attempts on stupid AI bot which was a complete waste of time. I love going in circles. Tried to go through customer service and she was nice and tried to help but no luck. Tried to contact the delivery company and since I didn’t order their service I had to contact the company that did. Product left in exposed area right by the gulf. Product is good but you need to address delivery issues prior to just sending out ASAP. If this was to my residence, I’d be ecstatic because it did arrive way earlier than expected."

Will the chairs scratch a trex deck when someone sitting in them scoots closer or further from the table?
Hello Mitch, Thanks for asking! The chairs included in this set will have flat legs, made from recycled HDPE plastic. While they shouldn't scratch a deck made of composite material, we cannot guarantee that having weight on any chair while being moved wouldn't scratch that composite deck material.
