Q&A

Hi, are the cushions included? Also, if you pick a different cushion color does it automatically come with the gray colored frame? Thanks,

Hello Kathy, Thank you for reaching out with your questions! Yes, the cushions are included with the Lakeside Deep Seating Loveseat. The frame color and cushion color are selected separately, so choosing a different cushion color does not automatically change the frame color. You can choose your loveseat by selecting your preferred frame color and cushion color independently. I hope this information helps! Best, Emma

What is the seat cushion support made of? I'm looking for suspension support to ensure that it's comfortable for lounging.

Hello Claire Thank you for your question! Our deep seating cushions are supported by slats of HDPE lumber. Best regards, Clayton

Does this fold for storage?

Hello Christina, Great question! The POLYWOOD Lakeside Deep Seating Loveseat does not fold for storage. It features a sturdy, fixed-frame design crafted from durable, all-weather POLYWOOD lumber, ensuring long-lasting comfort and stability in outdoor environments. While it doesn't fold, its robust construction is built to withstand various weather conditions year-round. Thanks for asking! Best, Emma

Is Midnight Linen Black?

Hello Mh, The Midnight Linen is not black. It is a very dark, deep navy color, with a purple hue. We do not have a black fabric option at this point, but I will certainly pass on your interest to our design teams. Please see the link below, where you can purchase fabric samples to view in person if you would like. https://www.polywood.com/performance-fabric-sample-mkms018.html Thanks for asking, Mindy

How high is the back of the loveseat? 17"? This seems too low? Why does the cost for Navy pillows increase the price an extra $200. I have navy pillows in my rockers so I need the same color.

Hi Janith, Thanks so much for reaching out to us! Yes, the backrest measures just over 17" from the base of the seat frame to the top of the headrail. We offer different fabric grades and Navy falls at a higher grade than some of our other materials. All are outdoor performance fabrics though. Have a great day! Candace

in the lakeside love seat what is the difference between white polywood and marine indigo cushions. versus. Vintage finish white. what is the difference between the color frames besides pricing?

Hi Matte, Thanks for reaching out! We have two finishes; Classic Finish and Vintage Finish. Our Classic Finish is smoother and has a subtle texture to it. The white in Classic Finish looks a bit brighter since it reflects light better. The Vintage Finish White looks a little bit creamier by comparison. The Vintage Finish has a subtle, wire-brushed texture giving the appearance of rich, matte painted wood. Vintage Finish is an upgrade over the Classic, so that's the difference you're seeing in the pricing. Great question, thanks for asking! Candace
